| We welcome you and your child to Sandbach Gymnastics Squads. | |||
| Your child has been selected to trial in our squad structure. This is a two way process to determine if your child likes and wishes to become part of our competitive / intermediate squads. Please be advised that the group your child is joining is very disciplined for developmental and safety reasons. Squad members are continually monitored on their efforts and progress within the groups. | |||
| Developmental and competitive gymnastics requires a great deal of commitment and dedication from all concerned. There will be expectations from both the gymnast and yourself as parents. | |||
| We have an excellent coaching team led by Peter Aldous GB National coach, (supporting 2004 Olympic Squad). Their is also an extensive base of voluntary support coaches associated with the squads. | |||
| Gymnasts Charlotte Holdcroft and Rebecca Mason, (member of 2004 Olympic Squad), have both represented their country at junior and senior level. Rebecca who competed at the World Championships in USA was ranked 28th in the world. | |||
| Gymnast Charlie Fellows joined the Home Countries Squad in 2007, she has maintained her status and position by joining the World Class Start Squad in 2009/10. This Year Charlie has won the English Espoir Championships (2010). Charlie had her first two internationals, representing GB at Lilleshall, against Germany and Romania. She also competed in France against Romania and France in the Junior GB Team. | |||
| Gymnast Pagan Brown achieved seventh position at the English Junior Championships in 2009. This gained Pagan a place in the English Junior Squad and we hope she will represent England in 2010. | |||

Championships 4th Overall, GB Potential Squad for 2011-12. UK School
Games 5th Overall and Silver Team Medal, Apparatus Finals Gold Medal on
Vault, Bronze Medals on Beam and Bars. Commonwealth Youth Games 2011: England Team Gold, 5th Overall, Apparatus Finals, Golb on Bars and Bronze on Beam. |
